Believe Nothing
It is much easier to believe that it's
snowing, than to experience the snow. If you just believe, you can stay inside, stay warm and avoid the cold. That's why
people are led up the garden path by others beliefs. It's easier and warmer. In the context of your spiritual or personal
growth, believe nothing, experiment and test everything, in the laboratory of your own experience. Only then will you be able
to separate truth from falsehood, reality from illusion, and lead others with integrity.
Pass On
Everything that comes to us, comes to pass
or, more accurately, for us to pass on. Not just the money in our pocket, but wisdom, objects, ideas, even opportunities,
all come to us, so that, at the right moment, we can pass them on. This is called flow. Being in the flow means being aware
that the river of life is flowing to us at every moment. Being in the flow means accepting whatever comes and putting it to
good use, before passing it on. Going with the flow means allowing whatever comes to move on freely, without holding on in
any way. If we do not pass on, we are trying to block the flow, and that's when we feel pressure in our life. Pressure
is always self-inflicted. Every time you feel 'under pressure' look at what you need to release and to pass on to
someone else. Once you do you can...relax...again.
Introversion
The ability to enjoy one's own company
is one of the greatest gifts life has to offer. Learning to turn my thoughts away from all my responsibilities at the day's
end and take my mind into a state of peace and benevolence enables me to carry greater and greater loads without feeling the
burden. When my inner landscape is full of beautiful thoughts, everything I do is a pleasure. Gently, I calm down chaotic
situations and offer solace to troubled minds.
Resent Not
There are no justified resentments. To resent
someone is to fall under the illusion that they are the cause of our suffering. No one can die from a snake bite. It's
the poison that kills them. You may receive the poison of another’s words, or even just in a glance, but you don’t
have to absorb it or allow it free passage through the veins of your consciousness. The consequence of not absorbing the poison
of others is you never experience enmity towards others. And people notice when you have absolutely no enmity. It draws them
close, it empowers them, it builds trust, it enables harmony to break out! It is only because the lion has no thought of killing
the lamb that the lamb feels able to come so close.
Treasured Moments
Treasure every moment
that you have. And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time. Remember
that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow a mystery. Today is a gift... That's why it's called the
present.

by closing the doors to the past.
The Colour of Flowers
Leave worries aside and
you will be surprised by the beauty of the sky and the colour of flowers, of the freshness of the breeze and the generosity
of the sun. You will feel you are part of creation, and life will start to make sense. The greatest wealth is to appreciate
what we have and what we are.
Creation of the Thinker
Acts of virtue emerge
from deep within, from an inner sanctuary of silence from which inspiration flows. Every action has its seed in a thought
and every thought is a creation of the thinker, the soul. I choose what thoughts I want to create and as is my thinking so
are my actions and also my experience in life. Going within, I touch the stillness and pure love that lie at the core of my
being and every thought that I create is of benefit to myself and of benefit to humanity.
